Crossover Concerts were started to serve two main purposes:

1.  Combine virtuosic Classical pieces with music genres of today's generations and music from cultures around the world

​

2.  Creating a network of  advanced students the opportunity to perform with local professional artists and teachers spanning a wide variety of instruments other than only piano
